Gerrit Enterprise is offered with a yearly pre-paid and non-refundable subscription. You can cancel it within the first 30-days assuming you have not raised any issues.
The pricing indicated in the page is indicative for 1x Gerrit Server and only core-plugins. Additional Servers (Primary/Replica) and non-core plugins are available as add-on for an additional fee.
Every Gerrit user (human, AI or robot) that is coming back with a login within 3 months is considered as an active account and counted against the Gerrit Enterprise Subscription.
You can order additional consulting as add-on to a Gerrit Enterprise subscription. The consulting hours are available in bundles of 50h pre-paid packages or pay-as-you-go and invoices on a monthly basis.
The Gerrit Enterprise BSL license is included in the source code.

The only development included in your subscription is the software fixes needed to resolve an issue. Any additional software development request can be offered as a separate software project SOW (Statement Of Work).

Gerrit Enterprise is released under a BSL license, which includes the FREE use for trial and non-productive environments. During the trial period, the e-mail support service is not available.
Gerrit Enterprise is freely available for download from Maven Central and Dockerhub. Once you are ready to use it in production, you can request a formal quote using the GerritForge contact form and our Sales and Marketing Team will get in touch with you.

GerritForge may assign an additional use grant in production, but only to non-profit organisations, open-source projects, companies with less than $5M annual gross revenue or those companies having contributed at least 5% of the code in the previous 12-months period.
